What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept all Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfers, and physical cash deposits at our pickup location.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

The last used shipping address will be automatically saved to your Barbz and Co. account, by default. On checkout, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to enter a new shipping address.

How Can I Track My Orders

When you place your order an order confirmation email would be sent to you (check your junk/spam if you do not see it in your inbox). The status of your order can be found under My Account > Orders. We would also call you before dispatching your order.

How Can I Activate My Account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, you can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us through any of our communication channels

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive After I Make Payments?

Customers within Port Harcourt should expect to receive their orders within one (1) to five (2) working days upon payment verification depending on the delivery option selected.

Customers outside Port Harcourt should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to five (5) working days 

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Why Must I Make Payments Immediately After Checkout?

Products order is on a ‘first-come-first-served basis. To ensure that you get your desired products, it is recommended that you make your payment within 20 minutes of checking out.
